Freight Shipping and Liftgate Service Fee
For items that require freight shipping, please note that there is a $100 fee for liftgate service if the delivery location does not have the means to unload the item (such as a forklift or loading dock). If liftgate service is required, please inform us prior to shipping so we can adjust the total accordingly.

30-Day Return Policy
At Prime Used Parts, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your item, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Return Conditions:
Non-Eligible Items: Please note that freight items, wire harnesses, and sunroofs are not eligible for returns.
Buyer’s Responsibility: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part.
Defective Items or Seller Errors: If the item you received is defective or if there was a mistake in your order, please contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping costs and work to resolve the issue promptly.
Item Condition: All returned items must be in the same condition as when they were received. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 3 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
